Mindfulness helps to get in touch with what's going on inside and outside of us; a way to take care of the body and mind, developing the ability to be in the present; a systematic method to manage stress, anxiety, pain, .. but also to effectively address the challenges of everyday life; an intrinsic ability to us as human beings, which must simply be rediscovered.
Group course or individual path.
A program of 8 meetings on a weekly basis is carefully structured to allow you to acquire mastery of the proposed tools and the ability, to carry them forward independently.
